A long gap after Hyper, Ram is coming back with a friend/love entertainer Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi which is releasing on 27th October. The actor has been actively participating in the promotions of the film and shared interesting details about the film in the following interview…

What’s the film about?

This is essentially a story about friendship. Love track comes later in the film and overall, It happens in 3 phases of childhood, adolescence, and youth.

Reason for choosing this film?

After Hyper, I wanted to something different and VOZ happened. As soon as I heard the story, I agreed to do the film with Kishore Tirumala.

What about expectations?

Acting is my only duty. I don’t care about the expectations. It’s up to the directors and producers to calculate all the expectations.

What’s your character in the film?

There’s no comparison between Hari from Nenu Sailaja and Abhi in VOZ. I sport a carefree attitude and ponder about unnecessary complications in an otherwise simple life.

Did you try a new look for this film?

No. I’ve had a makeover to feature in my next film, as it turns out the look was fit for the role in Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi

Why did you drop the project with Mr.Anil?

Yes. I and Anil wanted to make a project together but as several factors couldn’t be worked out, we had to let the project go.

Are you upset when you miss a good project?

No. I never think about the films that I reject, as I’ve already thought thoroughly about the film before rejecting it.

How was it working with Kishore Tirumala for the second time?

The experience was good. I understand him almost completely now, as I’ve already learned about him during the first film. He works with more dedication when you assign more responsibilities.

Tell us about the heroines in the film

Anupama Parameswaran and Lavanya Tripathi are playing female leads in the film. Lavanya’s character in the film is similar to her real-life character so, she performed with ease. Since Anupama’s character is nothing like her real-life character, she had to do a lot of research for her role in the film. Both the actresses have put out good performances in the film.

How was it when DSP is working for your film again?

regardless of the film’s success, DSP’s albums always emerge as a hit and the same happened with Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi.

Your next projects?

No upcoming projects yet. I’ve been hearing some scripts and will officially announce the details when a news is confirmed.
