"This is 100% Shekar's film" - Dil Raju at Fidaa audio launch

Sekhar Kammula’s comeback love story ‘Fidaa’ is set to release on July 21st and the crew celebrated the audio launch yesterday in the presence of the whole cast and crew of the film. The big CD was launched by Dil Raju and was handed over to Sekhar Kammula.

Speaking on the occasion, Director Sekhar Kammula said “This is my brain child, A girl at that. I promised to finish the shoot in 70 days but due to unforeseen circumstances, the film was delayed. Mr.Dil Raju went through unimaginable odds and still supported the film during our USA schedule.He flew back and forth between attending his wife’s funeral and monitoring our film. Varun was amazing with his expressions and Sai Pallavi was a stunner. This film will remind the old classics like Toliprema and KhushiI where hero sheds tears for his love. I already know what to expect from the film and am sure it’ll be a big hit”.

Actress Sai Pallavi said “I thank Sekhar Kammula for giving me this role. More than the profession, I learned a lot from him personally and this film is a beautiful love story”.

“This film has a defined mark from Sekhar Kammula, He made the film as he did Anand and Happy days. I suggested we cast Varun for the lead role and this will be his biggest grosser. The film deals with a sensitive point between a father and son and can be enjoyed by the whole family. We scored a hat trick in the past 6 months and Fidaa's success will follow. we are planning to release the film worldwide on July 21st” Said Dil Raju, The producer.
