Following the accusations raised by Mr.D.Suresh babu on Thursday, the TFCC (Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce) has announced that the union will soon organize a rally. Opposing the rental and partial ownership of movie projections by companies like Qube and UFO, the rally will be held in the month of March. This decision is going to effect the films releasing in March, as the TFCC has ordered the DSPs (Digital Service Providers) to shut down projections in theatres and halt any releases for a month. Mr.Suresh Babu also said that video - on - demand services like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu are releasing the films on their websites with in a month and this is causing the theatres to run dry with out audience.

Director Sukumar - Ram Charan’s ‘Rangasthalam 1985’ is one of the major films releasing in March (on 30th) and is likely to be affected by this decision. The producer however, is hopeful that the issue will be resolved soon.
