Sukumar’s Darsakudu Audio Release

Sukumar's second film produced under his home banner ‘Darsakudu’ released its audio on Monday here in Hyderabad. The event hosted Mega Power star Ram Charan as the chief guest and launched its audio while surrounded by the cast and crew of the film. While Sukumar released the audio, Vamsi Paidipally and Surendar Reddy released the theatrical trailer.

“Our director and my good friend Hari Prasad was a physics lecturer. He once helped me get through a bad case of a dilemma. When he narrated me the story, I asked him to direct it as well. Though it’s his debut, It doesn’t feel like it and it was his idea to cast Ashok as the lead. After the release, he will be known as Darsakudu Hariprasad” Said Sukumar, The producer.

Sukumar also praised Ram Charan as being very down to earth and one of the genuine people.

Special guest Ram Charan said: “When I hear the title, It immediately resonates with late Mr.Dasari Narayana Rao garu and Mr.K.Raghavendra Rao. They inspired a generation of directors. Sukumar is my favorite director and we struck a rapport in such a short time. The title Darsakudu itself is a challenge and Since I've produced Khaidi no.150 and currently producing ‘Uyyalawada Jagannadham’, I know the hardships of a producer. Sukumar is synonymous with love stories and all his films deal with a strong point around love. I congratulate Hari Prasad, Ashok and Sai Karthik”.

“It’s all because of my directors that I'm able to be here today, Even though my dad gave me a platform, It is my directors who reinforced it”, The star concluded.

Hero of the film, Ashok said: “Sukumar takes care of his friends better than himself. He trained me as a hero for 3 years to finally make this film.

I thank my producers and director Hari Prasad” Music director Sai Karthik thanked the makers for the opportunity. The film stars Ashok and Isha and is set to release on August 4th.
