‘She’s winning bread for our family’ - Charmi’s father on drug allegations

Many stars and their families have come out in defence of false accusations in the drug scandal. Recently, Charmi’s father Deep Singh Uppal responded on the matter saying her daughter was deliberately dragged into the case. “She’s been looking after us since she was 13. She is working hard as an actor and an entreprenuer and has been in the Industry for a long time."

He also urged the media to get their facts right before hurting other’s sentiments. Charmi is supposedly grieved by the issue and will be questioned by the SIT on July 20th.
