Rana to play Lord Vishnu’s adversary ‘Hiranyakashyapu’

Director Guna Shekhar is coming up with another periodic epic ‘Hiranyakashyapu’. The film presents a fresh perspective from the point of view of Hiranyakashyapu and is rumoured to be backed by a huge budget. After playing a series of roles varying from periodic drama to contemporary politics, the star had supposedly agreed upon the titular role. Guna Shekhar and Rana have previously collaborated on ‘Rudrama Devi’, which also was a periodic drama and hence their new venture may prove fruitful.

The film has already started its pre-production and the official announcement about other important details will be announced soon.
