How do you feel in doing remake for the first time?

When the remake thought came, Ram Charan has accepted immediately and to do, the base work has to be considered while changing story and scenes. That’s a tough part! In my view, own stories flow better than remakes with no much ground work.

Are there any changes from original film?

There are little changes in the scenes wherever needed apart from story. I have discussed with the film team and have taken suggestions from a Tamil director, Mohan Raja.

How was your experience in working with Ram Charan?

I know Charan for a long time. He is a dedicated person and keeps up his promises. I’ve seen him spending 24 hours for the six pack body.

There’s news that Arvind Swamy not ready for a villain role…Is it true?

No, all are rumors. He asked me to describe his character in movie and in a week, I’ve narrated it with scenes.Then, he accepted.

You have chosen a Tamil music director instead of Telugu one…Is it not risky?

I like the background score of original film hence I’ve chosen Hip Hop Aadi. It’s not risky as there is a newness in music.

What’s your opinion about movie and reason for your confidence?

I’ve formed a strong trust in content after movie’s success in Tamil and in Telugu too, it came out well. Charan is seen in a new avatar that gave me confidence.

Any film with Chiranjeevi?

Yes. It will be an entertaining film and discussions are going on. Maybe starts next year.
