Rajini’s 2.0 promotions to fly above Hollywood

Genius director Shankar is known for his lavish sets and mind boggling production numbers. His upcoming sci - fi action Robo 2.0 starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar is set out for a spectacle for its promotions across the globe. The promotions will take off with a 100 ft. tall hot air balloon etched with life-size images of Rajnikanth and Akshay Kumar in their respective roles.

"This is a very esteemed project in Lyca productions banner and we have already chipped in 400 crores to realise the vision. We consider the film to be on par with Hollywood standards and are making sure that it stands out in every step of its release. The balloon will hover across the skylines of Dubai, Australia, London and all the other major cities across India. The balloon will also be anchored above the iconic Hollywood signage in Los Angeles" Said the producers of the film.

This second installation in Shankar’s enthiran (2010) reportedly stars Amy Jackson as a female humanoid and Akshay Kumar as the antagonist whose roles will be pivotal to the film while the plot is rumoured to be forced eviction of humans from the face of the earth by birds of prey. The film is surely one of the most awaited Indian projects and is set for release on January 25th.
