Raja Ratham’ first look out

Owner of Jolly hits productions, Ajay Reddy Gollaplli is introducing director Anup Bhandari to the Telugu celluloid with Raja Ratham. Director Anup Bhandari was nominated for Oscars for his first film Rangataranga and has a distinct style of filmmaking. Touted to be a Romantic comedy, the film is being made in Telugu and Kannada languages simultaneously.

One of the producers, Ajay Reddy Gollapalli said “We wanted to make a film with a unique subject and approached the genius writer/director/music director Anup Bhandari. Anup’s previous film ‘Rangatranga’ was nominated for Oscars and also won 8 IIFA,4 filmfare and 7 SIIMA awards along with a Karnataka state award. Avantika Shetty and Nirup Bhandari of the Rangataranga fame are starring in Raja Ratham yet again. Tamil star Surya too, will be playing a crucial role in the film”

Director Anup Bhandari said “We’ve shot the film in Telugu and Kannada simultaneously and released the first look of Nirup Bhandari, Avantika Shetty, and Ravi Shankar today. Our team and I made sure the first look of the film stands out with Nirup wearing a stylish tuxedo, Avantika with a cute yellow gown and Ravi Shankar in a Tweed coat. Anup Bhandari’s wife Neeta Shetty designed the costumes with special care and Arya’s solo look in character will be revealed soon. ”
