Producer Satya Reddy challenges Posani Krishna Murali

Producer Satya Reddy lashed out on Posani Krishna Murali following the latest row over Nandi Awards. The produces accused Posani of stating baseless allegations against Andhra Pradesh government and hurting people’s emotions. Mr.Satya stated that almost 10 allegations made by Posani are false.

“Posani should prove the person and time who and when, said that Nandi awards will be banned if any one opposes them. Also, What does Mr.Nara Lokesh has to do with the award row?” Mr.Satya asked. Satya Reddy also claimed that “In 1988, Posani and Guna sekhar spoke ill about Nandi awards and that the awards be banned and the paper clippings are here to prove it and please don’t associate Nandi awards with a particular caste or region“.

Satya Reddy asked “Isn’t it unfair to associate Aadhar card and Voter card allegations to sensible issues of security and other protest? We ask Mr.Posani to introspect his actions of side lining government’s good deeds in a row over Nandi awards and scrutinising awardees including Mr.Boyapati Srinu, Rajamouli and Trivikram Srinivas.”

Mr.Satya demanded Posani to take back all his claims which hurt the sentiments of several Telugu population. “Its not fair to criticise the AP government in an unrelated event with the film industry,” said Satya Reddy. He said that Posani should focus on the burning issues concerning the film industry and join the likes of Jagapathi babu, Prakash Raj and Tamma Reddy to support the small cinema movement.

Writer Rajendra kumar showed his alliance with the current decision of Nandi award winners and that it is normal for the non - awardees to get upset. He congratulated the winners and wished good luck for next year.
