“I thank the audience for making ‘Project Z’ a unanimous hit and have been getting a good response. Every film has a villain and Sandeep Kishan has become a villain in my real life for threatening to block my film releases. Since 2007, I’ve been making films without any support and attained this stage and Sundeep Kishan has now become a villain in my life. He’s been obstructing me since I’ve started making this film. As Sundeep Kishan’s 19 films flopped in a row, I wanted someone else to dub the voice to break the bad omen. For this, Sundeep Kishan threatened me that he will not participate in the promotions and tried to block the release. I proceeded legally and released the film on my own. Sundeep Kishan is still holding a grudge against me and says that he would re-release the film as the quality is not great. He threatened me that by tying up with some buyers, he would release the film again by taking up the finance. Also, he refused to appear in any Telugu press meets as he claims that the Telugu audience is looking down on him. I’m putting this out because others shouldn’t be troubled by Sundeep Kishan as I did“
