Pawan Kalyan is my favorite hero - Megha Akash

Hanu Raghavapudi - Nithin’s LIE is releasing on 11th August, Next Friday with huge expectations for the story and star cast. Megha Akash is making her debut as heroine through this film and opened up about her first experience working in a film 

Brief us about your background?

My dad Akash Raja is a Telugite, while my mom Bindu Raja is a Malayali. I grew up in Chennai where I’ve done my degree in Visual communications. 

How did ‘LIE’ happen?

While I was working for a film with Mr.Gautham Menon, I was offered the script for LIE, I accepted it in a swish as I really liked the story.  

What are your current Tamil projects?

I’m doing 2 films in Tamil right now, One is ‘Ennai Nooti Paayum Tota’ with Gautam Menon and Dhanush and the other is ‘Ooru pakka Kathi’ with director Balaji

How’s your character in Lie?

I play Chaitra in the film, A vibrant talkative girl which is contrary to my real life. I’m usually very reserved 

How was it working with Nitin?

It was a really good experience working with Nitin. He was very patient in help me understand things and even suggests valid points

What do you feel about Hanu Raghava Pudi's direction?

Hanu Raghavapudi is a good director and his working style is really different. He really boosted up my confidence.

Why did you miss out on Ram’s film?

As I was busy with Gautam Menon’s film, I had to lose it because of conflict in dates 

How was LIE’s U.S schedule?

We shot for 75 days in places like Las Vegas, Chicago, and San Francisco and it wasn’t easy. Since we had a good team, We were able to wrap it up soon 

Who are some of your favorite stars?

Trisha is my favorite. I also love Alia Bhat from Bollywood for choosing different roles at a young age. When It comes to heroes, I admire Pawan Kalyan from Tollywood.
