What is ‘Okka Kshanam’ about?

This is a thriller flick infused with other commercial elements of humor and romance. The film is a thrilling conflict between love and fate and you’ll have to wait and see which one wins.

‘Parallel Life’ is a Hollywood concept is it?

Yes. The film was also made in Korean as well. Parallel lives is not just a fiction but a possibility. There’s been quite an amount of research going on about the topic. Okka Kshanam is not a copy but made out of the concept of match sticks. To successfully thrust forward the concept into the audience, we’ve been maintaining the concept of matchsticks in the first look, teaser and trailer.

Can everyone grasp the complicated concept?

Yes, definitely. A sophisticated concept must be simplified to reach a maximum number of audience and that’s what I’ve done with the film

Was Sirish the first choice?

I narrated the story to Sirish before I even began ‘Ekkadiki Potavu Chinnavada’. Even if ‘Ekkadaki Potavu Chinnavada’ was to be a flop, Sirish was ready to make the film with me.

How’s Sirish’s performance in the film?

Sirish worked really hard for the film and did a lot of homework to play his character Jeeva. You’ll get to see Sirish’s best performance in the film.

The film was inspired by a real incident and ‘Okka Kshanam’ is also derived from a person whom I’ve met in my real life

How was the producer’s backing?

Mr.Allu Aravind lent a great support. He suggested a few changes in the story and since then, has been providing whatever we needed during the shooting. My next film is going to be with Mr.Aravind as well.
