Notice to GST

Director Ram Gopal Varma has successfully resurfaced on the web again with his latest short film ‘GST’ (God Sex Truth) that explores and celebrated the nuances of a female body. However, the idea and dialogues uttered in the film are now subjected to copyright infringement. P Jaya Kumar, who penned the story for RGV - Amitabh’s ‘Sarkar 3’ has filed a case against the director that the story was stolen from him. Apparently, Jaya Kumar has sent the story to Mr.RGV a while ago but failed to get any response from the director. Now, after watching the video, P.Jaya Kumar claimed that this was indeed the same story and approached City Civic court in Hyderabad

The court has heard the plea and issued notices against both Ram Gopal Varma and Mia Malkova. Neither RGV, nor Mia Malkova have responded on the issue.
