Ninnu Kori is an emotional love story - Nani

Natural star Nani, Aadi Pinisetty and Nivetha Thomas starrer 'Ninnu Kori' is releasing worldwide on July 7th and the star shared his experiences during the making of the film with Moviepazes.

What are you anticipating from Ninnu Kori?

I hope audience love the film as much as I did on my first hearing. We’ve become too impatient with all the distractions around us to spare even a minute for our emotions. Movies these days are having a tough time trying to engage the audience and I hope this film grabs the eyeballs. Usually while sitting through a narration, we wait for an interval break but It was not the case with Ninnu Kori. I was just awestruck by how the characters would behave and am confident that the film will be a great entertainer.

What’s the reason behind making consecutive love stories?

Not just my films, I think every film has got a love story. If you consider even the great classics like Swathi mutyam or Sagara Sangamam, you’ll find love stories in there. I’ve never done a love story of this kind and my next film MCA will also have a love episode but is not a love story.

What appealed to you most about Ninnu Kori?

We tend to think our life is done as soon as we encounter some tiny obstacle and drop off into negative thinking. Life is too big to be affected by some one problem alone, If we invite life with open arms, you can experience some of the great surprises. We even added a message card at the end that says “Life gave you many chances, now Its your turn to give it back to life”.

Who’s Idea was it to cast Aadi?

When I needed a co-star, Everybody opted for Aadi and even he waved a go sign after hearing the story. Even Nivetha was our first choice, We thought no one else would have been able to perform this role.

A few words about Mr. Danayya?

D.V.V. Danayya is an established commercial producer and has produced some of the biggest hits. When I heard that he was impressed with the script and will be producing it, I was glad that my future was in safe hands. He barely showed up at the shootings and allowed us great freedom to make the film. He trusts us so much that he would only watch the film in the theater, with his family.

How is the response for the Film’s audio?

Gopi Sundar’s exceptional music has been buzzing in everyone’s ears since its release. Our first song ‘Adigaa Adigaa’ has crossed a 10 million views and the background score has been amazing through out the film.

Your plans for the next project?

Currently, I’m shooting MCA and am shooting a new film with Merlapaaka Gandhi in August for which the details will be released soon. Next year, I’ll be making a film in the military background for the first time.
