Nayanthara picked for Chiru’s 151

Chiru’s upcoming period - drama ‘Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’ is among the most awaited films of the year. Directed by Surendar reddy and scored by A.R.Rahman, The film stars Mega Star Chiranjeevi in the role of a freedom fighter. After a lot of pondering and finding a suitable female lead, Nayanthara was chosen as the leading lady. She was also suppose to play the lead in Khaidi no.150 but couldn’t take up the project due to other commitments. Until recently, Anushka Shetty was rumoured to play the female lead but now the news has become official.

The film is produced by Ram Charan under Konidela Productions and the shooting will commence from september.
