Nandi award committee member’s Abusive comments on RGV

It's known that recent Nandi award winners announcement received a severe backlash from both film fraternity and audience. Director Ram Gopal Varma rote that Nandi award committee members should get an Oscar. One of the committee members, Maddineni Ramesh passed abusive comments on RGV. When RGV posted the message on his official Facebook page, A hot debate rose up. Maddineni Ramesh not only used abusive language but commented on RGV’s personal, professional and social life. R.G.V fans are furious over the post which was anti - democratic and targeted as a personal revenge. RGV however, considered the reply as only an emotional response.

In reply, R.G.V posted…“నన్ను తిట్టినందుకు నాకేం బాధ లేదు....... కానీ ఇలాంటి వ్యక్తులని అవార్డ్ కమిటీలో ఎన్నుకున్నందుకు ప్రభుత్వం మీద బాధగా ఉంది. ఇలాంటి వ్యక్తులని మెంబర్లుగా ఎన్నుకున్న ప్రభుత్వం పట్ల ఆశ్చర్యపడాలో జాలిపడాలో నాకు తెలియడం లేదు.......... అన్నం గురించి తెలియటానికి ఒక్క మెతుకు చాలంటారు. ఈ మద్దినేని రమేష్ బాబు ఆ మెతుకైతే అన్నం కమిటీ అనుకునే పరిస్తితి వచ్చినందుకు వివరణ ప్రభుత్వమే చెప్పాలి.”
