“Mega Star is in a different league” - Dil Raju clarifies DJ controversy

Dil Raju and director Harish Shankar were targeted for boasting high collections for DJ and fans took it out to the roads. Mega fans surrounded Dil Raju’s office on Monday demanding a justification but the producer didn’t show up.

While speaking on the same day at ‘Fidaa’ audio launch, Dil Raju said “Recently, people are making baseless comparisons between Khaidi no.150 and DJ. Chiranjeevi garu is in a league of its own so the comparisons don’t weigh.” He tried to protect his reputation and good relations with the Mega fans by praising Chiru as the forefather of an entire mega generation. He later appreciated the makers of Fidaa for their efforts and stated that this film would go on to make a big success for Shekhar Kammula and team.

Fidaa hits screens across the world on July 21st.
