Lavanya Tripati Interview about Soggade Chinninayana

Lavanya Tripati stole the hearts of audience with her debut movie "Andala Rakshasi" after which she acted in other hit movies like Doosukeltha, Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy and Lachim Devi ki Oka Lekkundi and now pairing up with Nagarjuna garu in the movie "Soggade Chinninayana". Movie is ready for release on Sankranthi.

What is the role of your character?
My character name is Sita and it has different shades. My costume for the entire movie is saree unlike my any other movie.

How was the experience working with Nag?
It's a wonderful feeling working with my favourite hero Nagarjuna garu. Despite being a big start he was very friendly, encouraging and supportive in the sets. I was fan of Nagarjuna sir from the movie "Criminal" especially the song "telusa...manasa..." is my all time favourite.
I felt happy working with both Ramya Krishna garu and Nagarjuna garu in "Soggade Chinninayana".

What do you know about heroes character?
Nagarjuna garu is playing dual role i.e., Bangaru Raju and Ram. Bangaru Raju is talkative and a flirt but Ram is quite shy. Both the characters are very entertaining.

Have you seen anyone resembling the character of Ram in your real life?
Yeah, I have encountered few men.

What kind of person do u like...Bangaru Raju...or Ram...?
I wish a person with ideologies of Bangaru Raju and Ram to be my husband. He should be truthful to me.

Share your experience working with Ramya Krishna garu?
It's pleasure to work with Ramya Krishna garu. She was very encouraging and friendly. She never gave me feel that am working with an senior actress.

Tell us about the director?
When Kalyan Krishna narrated I was very excited about different shades of my character. He used to be very confident in the sets and he actually knows how to extract  best from an artist. He directed the movie as an experienced director.

Are you working in selective movie's?
After the movie "Andala Rakshasi" I got many offers but I always work in selected movies because a heroine is never credited for a massive hit but always cornered for a flop talk. Offer with big stars can directly be yes, but for a movie with upcoming heroes I should think before saying yes.

Reason for working in "Soggade Chinninayana"?
It's just because of Nagarjuna garu and then after listening to the story felt that I'm working in a good movie.

Your next projects? 
Im working with Allu Shirish and then with a new director Shashi in a different road movie and my character is completely different.
