Kakatiya Cultural Event by TSR

“Mohan Babu proved himself as a prolific actor in Telugu and his dialogue delivery has a mark of its own. I know he’s a bit angry at times but 99 percent he’s a good man. During his 46 years of journey in films, he has worked in over 560 films and impressed a lot of people. Its a great honour that he earned a name on par with Mr.N.T.R.” Said Vidyasagar Rao Chennamaneni, the governor of Maharashtra. He then felicitated Mr.Mohan Babu and awarded a memento. Mr.VIdya Sagar also praised Mr.T.Subba Rami Reddy for conducting such cultural events and said “We should follow the great kings of the Kakatiya dynasty who united the Telugu populous during their time. The governments must also consider how Telugu language can be flourished. Several rural students are graduating and competing with several privileged officials, thanks to the language of Telugu.”

T.Subba Rami Reddy said “Mohan Babu hails as the only villain turned hero who made 150 films in the long run. He is such a brave man and his school has a strength of 14,000 students and provides free education to some 4,000 students. It’s a proud feeling that the event is being organised in the name of the Kakatiya kings and It makes me happy to facilitate Mr.Mohan Babu with the title of ‘Viswanata Sarvabhauma’. We’ll hold the event every year across Telangana and Mr.Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Peddi Reddy will look after the event in Warangal.“

Telangana Legislative Assembly speaker Madhusudhana Chari said “Mohan Babu is a great actor and for owning 5 generations of audience, he is completely worthy of the ‘Visva Natasarvabhauma’ award“

Telangana Legislative council Chairman Swami Goud said “Mr.Mohan Babu’s films are engraved in the hearts of Indians and especially among the Telugu people. He dedicated his entire life to the arts“

Awardee Mohan Babu said “I’m happy that a good man, Mr.Vidya Sagar is my close friend and I look up to Mr.T.Subbi Rami Reddy as he is organizing the cultural events as kings used to do in the olden days. My mentor, Mr.Dasari Narayana Rao has christened me as ‘Mohan Babu’ from Bhaktavatsalyam Naidu. I’ve seen the lowest lows and highs in my 46 years of film career and am now writing a book about it. I’m here only because of the Lord's blessings“
