What was the feedback for the movie Dictator?

It's a perfect movie for Sankranthi. Four movies were released on this Sankranthi all of which are facing tough time except the Dictator. Every distributor is already safe with the first week's collection and after this every penny is profit for them. We are very happy with the response.

I was planning to make a movie with Bala Krishna garu. When I met him once he promised me of doing his 99th movie. From then I'm thinking about a story and then decided to make Dictator to impress fans and family audience.

How did you felt being a producer for the first time...?

It's not planned. Eros International has never produced completely and asked for a producer and then they have suggested me to produce. I have enquired Balayya garu and then started my own banner under my daughter's name Vedashya.

Yeah....not only in my direction but also with other directors...

Dictator is not a new story....what do you say?

I have never thought of doing a new movie with Bala Krishna garu. I have just planned to make a commercial movie. If it's a young hero we should think about a new story line but it is not necessary Bala Krishna garu. So I played safe role doing Dictator.

Many people said that i have to be careful while working with Balayya as he is a serious person. But I have observed that Balayya wants people around him to be honest. Iam very open minded person and I think Balayya likes that. That's why we never had any problem working together. He was very happy during the time of shooting.
