It's a different movie - Mohan Krishna Indraganti

I usually take two years of gap after every movie but Gentleman is within short time. I have worked with Nani for the movie Ashta Chamma, when he is very new to the industry. He is as enthusiastic as he was for Ashtachamma. He built great stardom and fan following. Grahanam, my first movie is a deep dark movie, Ashta Chamma is a comedy entertainer, Golconda High School is a youth movie. I prefer directing movies in different genres.Gentleman is of such fantasy. The story line of Gentleman is written by a Tamil writer David Nathan. David Nathan has narrated the story to Producer Shivalanka Krishna Prasad. We are impressed with the story line and made few modifications to suit our nativity. This movie has two love stories, one is written by me. I have prepared the script according to the ideology of Telugu audience. Nani said yes but asked me to wait for the dates as he was busy till December. I took time till November to complete writing the script. It was tough writing the script on the paper. I was not sure how Nani would perfom in this role as the character has different shades. But he surprised me with his acting capabilities.

Nani has balanced two roles very well.

It's good to see all the writers of Telugu industry becoming directors. But the new  writers should be given freedom for developing the script.

It's really an art writing a commercial story.  I usually take up the story, screenplay and then decide the hero. I'm working on a story which is based on Shakespeare novel details of it will be revealed shortly .
