I played the role of MLA - Catherine

Catherine Theresa whose debut movie in Telugu was "Iddarammailtho" is now acting in "Sarrainodu".

She says, "I'm happy with the opportunities from Telugu and Tamil industry. Catherine Theresa expressed that she has no plans of working in Bollywood now."

This movie is ready to be released on 22nd of this month. 

On this occasion, Catherine spoke to media. Discussions in her words…

How is your role in Sarrainodu?
I am a young and dynamic MLA in the movie. I don’t think that anyone ever has played a role like this. I'm  going to entertain the audience with the role of a responsible politician. But in real life, I'm away from politics. I don’t even have a
the right to vote.

What do you think is the reason for your fewer opportunities in the industry?
In Telugu, I get more roles as a second lead actor. People question me about this, but if I like the role I don’t think whether it's a first lead or second lead. I'm not receiving any exciting roles in Telugu. Tamil industry is offering better roles to me;
this is why I am able to act in more Tamil movies.

How do you feel working for three movies in a line with Bunny?
This is the third movie with Bunny, which is a pure co-incidence. Bunny is an energetic hero, he always keeps working, he is a hard worker. In this movie, there are many competitive scenes between me and Rakul.

How is your experience working with Boyapati for the first time?
Boyapati sir is a fantastic director. He has a firm grip on the script and takes care of minute things personally. I never had such a great experience earlier in any other shooting.
