I have a glamorous appeal in Next Nuvve - Rashmi Gautam

Rashmi Gautam gained a good reputation for her role in Guntur Talkies and her recent flick Next Nuvve with Aadi is releasing on 3rd November. The actress spoke about her unintentional remark for having a sex appeal in the interview below….

Tell us about your character?

My character is very glamorous in the film. I’ll be sporting a saree for the most part and I hope everyone likes my role in the film.

Do you think your small screen fandom will follow you to the big screen?

Despite being able t speak good Telugu, I’ve received good fan base on the small screen. I hope the love continues on the big screen as well. Everything depends on the result of the film.

How relevant is your character in the film?

I played Brahmaji’s sister in the film and there’s loads of situational comedy. I play Rashmi in this concept based film.

Rashmi is synonymous with sex appeal

I’m not concerned with the title but I haven’t necessarily tried for the image. Since I’ve got such roles, I’m doing my part. Anyways, people wouldn’t care about a few years if I showed my glamour quotient. If the character is properly justified in the film, I’d do it.

Despite gaining popularity, why aren’t any big stars approaching you?

Even I’m clueless in this analogy. I haven’t been trying for any chances, I’m just doing what comes way. I’m also looking forward to working with all the big stars.

What conditions do you impose before signing a film?

Apart from discussing all my clauses with the director, I’m particular about my costumes in the film.
