Hyper is a genuine story : Santosh Srinivas

Santosh Srinivas made his debut as a director with the movie Kandhireega. He then worked for NTR's Rabhasa and now directed the Ram's Hyper in which Rashi Khanna is the female lead.The movie is about to go live on 30th and the director shared few words with the reporters about the movie... 

What's the reason for such a long gap for the third movie?

Break is not intentionally taken. For developing stories and finding hero and producer for the same was not cake walk. 

Is the story written for Ram?

After developing the line I felt that Ram suits it the best. Ram also said yes immediately as his body language and energy are apt for the script.

How's this movie different from many other movies showing love between father and son?

There is no similar movie with this concept. No one will express their love towards father with him. Father is the hero of everyones life and the main concept of the movie is how a son solves the problems that his father face. Hero character and his father character are hyper. Movie is like a love story of father and son. Ram's character is very energetic and simple. To what range does a simple guy can reach is the suspense. I won't believe in hit and flop, I believe in giving 100 percent effort and extracting 100 percent from the team. How good the movie is important not the returns. There is good rapport between me and Ram and we have decided to present a good movie to audience and have chosen Hyper after three stories. We were very careful to meet the expectations of the audience. Hyper shows energy levels of Ram in a commercial format.

How did the story originate?

I love my father so much but we never spoke with each other openly. 90 percent of the houses face such problem. But that's the beauty of Indian culture. Even though they don't express their love but son will react the most for the problems that his father face. It's a valuable emotion. I have seen many genuine persons in life who are straight and non corrupt. People like them impact society. Manisharma has done wonderful R. Gibhran has composed songs beautifully.
