Grand Curtain Raiser for ‘MAA’ (Movie Artists Association)

After a productive 25 years, the new face of MAA has arranged a silver jubilee event today. The curtain raiser event kicked off in a grand way with celebrities Krishna, Vijay Nirmala and Krishnam Raju inaugurating the ceremony. The jyothi ceremony was preceded by Jamuna, Sarada, Jaya Prada and Jaya Sudha. Music director Kotia and team’s musical night and star’s fashion show, brought a fresh wave of energy to the event.

Super Star Krishna said “It makes me happy to witness the MAA association complete a successful 25 years. The MAA association is now making progress towards rising a special building for the association which has been long over due. I appreciate the new MAA association for building an old age home for the retired artists”

Vijaya Nirmala said “MAA has been receiving my contributions whenever needed. I once contributed 5 Lakh rupees for the welfare of the association. With each birthday, I turn in the amount that adds up to my age and I’m happy about the gesture“ Krishnam Raju said “I’m happy to meet the MAA family today. Not only Silve Jubilee, but MAA should also celebrate a Golden and a Diamond Jubilee as well. The association is working swiftly under Shivaji Raja’s leadership and I hope they continue this crusade of good deeds“

Murali Mohan said “It's not a son’s birth, that makes a father happy but how well off was he in achieving his goals. Today, MAA is in such a stature to enjoy the journey. It makes me proud to witness the growth and I hope Mr.Shivaji Raja and Naresh, continue to lead the initiative by example.“

Kalabandu Subba Rami Reddy said “Shivaji and team has been doing some great deeds, I wish him all the best in his endeavours. Artist’s energy has been proved again“

‘MAA’ President Shivaji Raja said “With the support of all the eminent personalities of the industry, we are able to retain this position. We’ll quickly wrap up all the work and the support from Tollywood celebs has been immense. We’ll celebrate the event in a grand way and star heroes Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Bala Krishna, Nagarjuna, Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh all showed their favor in supporting MAA“


General Secretary Naresh said “Mr.Chiranjeevi has lit the Jyothi in 1993 and everybody has joined the cause. The future of MAA is in our hands now. We planned the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the event in a grand way. We’ll celebrate the grand finale in Hyderabad. All the stars from the South will attend the event. Me and Shivaji have thought about a same thing and will steer in the same direction. We both are working together as we have no ego what so ever and also share similar souls“
