Dr.Mohanbabu sworn in as the Chairman of FDS

Dr.Mohan Babu was sworn in as the Chairman of the Film Nagar Diva Sannidhanam and in the presence of Sri Sri Sri Swarupanandendra Saraswati Maha Swamy, 12 members took up new positions in the administrative wing. While Dr.Mohan Babu was the chairman, actor Giri babu was the member of the committee along with Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, Srimati Syamala, Konidela Surekha, Chamundeswarinath and V.Ram Prasad. Rajyasabha MP, Mr.T.Subbirami Reddy and Rajahmundry MP, Mr.Murali Mohan were also part of the ceremony.

Sri Sri Sri Swarupanandendra Saraswati said “I’m happy that a spiritual person like Mr.Mohan Babu was appointed as the chairman of the committee. He is never scared of stating the fact and though many consider him to be an aggressive man, his heart is pure”

Mohan Babu said “I never expected to be the chairman of a temple because I’m already burdened with my films and other institutions. I feel that Mr.T.Subbirami Reddy embodied lord Shiva and asked me to take up the duty as Chairman of the FDS. I and Rajnikanth met Sri Swarupanandendra Saraswati Swamy through Mr.TSubbi Rami Reddy and congrats to everyone who took up responsibilities along with me. Its considered a good omen when females conduct puja ceremonies and I congratulate all the women including Surekha, Shyamala and others. We ask Mr.Murali Mohan to pass on his valuable suggestions in running the committee and hope to embark on positive programmes in the presence of all the gods present in the temple. Just like in the sub casts in Kamma, Kapu and Reddy casts, even brahmins have sub-castes and things run smoothly when everyone is engaged in their duties fully. I swear to develop the committee with my own funds if necessary and without touching a single penny from the god’s wealth“
