Can't imagine anyone except NTR in Nannaku Prematho - Sukumar

"Nanaku Prematho"is young tiger NTR's latest movie directed by Sukumar and presented by Reliance Entertainment under the banner Sri Venkateswara Cine Chithra LLP produced by BVSS Prasad. Movie is ready for release on 13th Jan. Below is excerpt from the interview of  director Sukumar.

There are many movies showing father's sentiment then how is your movie different from them?
Many people have directed movies based on father sentiment which can be expressed in many ways where I have my own style of expressing it. Parental sentiment is an universal emotion which can be felt when they go through it. I have faced it on demise of my father and wrote this story in the same phase.

What is the reaction of NTR after listening to the story?
Love should be unconditional. Tarak always holds emotions, even his smile carries some emotion. I was planning to direct a movie of different story but my father expired meanwhile and I was very emotional then. I felt I couldn't handle any other emotional movie except this. NTR garu liked this story more than the first one. To reach the audience commercial elements are must even in stories like this.

Whose idea is behind NTR's new look?
I'm being appreciated for his new look but the idea is purely by NTR. Everyone felt that our looks are similar but I actually followed NTR. I just encouraged his idea about the new look which helped us in driving the movie with a ease.

Have you designed the character of villain considering Jagapathi Babu garu ?
No...I have written the story first and then started thinking about the artist. I felt that Jagapathi Babu garu will be apt for the villain role.

Tell us about NTR's perfomance..?
NTR is playing the role of Abhiram. Usually everyone will  learn in 3 steps i.e.  knowing, learning and implementing but Tarak just had 2 steps i.e. knowing and implementing. Becuase of which Tarak saves a lot of time. As he is from Nandamuri's family he became a hero even if he is not from that family he would have become a world hero by inventing something i.e. really new. He is very fast in everything like learning a dialogue or carrying some emotion. Can't imagine anyone except NTR in this movie.

How did you and Tarak handle this emotional journey ?
Tarak is well connected with this story, he had tears during one emotional scene which made Cameraman and me cry.It was very difficult for me to change the movie from emotional track to the logical track.

Are you more satisfied with this movie compared with your previous movies?
Average life of a human being is 50-60 years, and at this stage I work more with same crew, but Tarak is different he is like a drug. His absence made me feel low at the sets. His love is like an ocean, I cannot forget this journey I made with him.
