Biopics trend is catching on

Biopics is one of the success formulas in the current Indian film market. While N.T.R’s biopic is being readied in Telugu, M.G.R’s biopic too has begun shooting simultaneously in Tamil. Biopics are the best genre to showcase the glory or the impact of an individual on the masses. Both N.T.R and M.G.R have similar film and political careers. Both of them were the legends of first generation South cinema who ruled their respective states as Cheif ministers. They introduced several political concepts like Ratha Yatra and so on by taking their agendas into the public.

Nanadamuri Bala Krishna is playing the role of N.T.R in his biopic and Kalyan Ram is playing the charioteer to Bala Krsihna. Actor Satya Raj and Satish Kumar are on the cards to play M.G.R in his biopic.
