A small age entry with Dalapathi & Roja, Arvind Swamy heads to a villain role in "Dhruva", a stylish action entertainer under Geetha Arts presentation, directed by Surender Reddy with the combination of an ace producer, Allu Arvind and S.V. Prasad.

His talk about film’s release…

Into movies after a long gap…

I played a guest role in" Alaipayuthey", "Sakhi" in Telugu. I wanted to be in business too and spend time with family. That’s why, there is a gap. I was part of back office work in global financial process and now there are 5000 employees under me.

Your contribution to “Tani Oruvan”

The “Tani Oruvan” movie concept was narrated to me by Mohan Raja and later I was part of script team. It’s nice to be another profession other than acting.

Any plans to direct in Telugu…

Right now, I’m focusing on the Tamil movies and two stories are already prepared. I have a language problem in Telugu as it’s a new language for me. I didn’t feel hard to act as Siddarth Abhimanyu in “Dhruva” as I already played the role in Tamil.

Choosing a negative role further…

I’m a creative person and like to try differently. I’ll play both positive and negative roles in my future films.

Next projects…

Recently, I have acted in "Bogan" movie and doing a fight sequel in "Chadaranga" and working on one move, that is based on a 25 years experienced police officer. I’m acting in the Tamil remake of Mammootty’s “Bhaskar the Rascal”.
