A short interview.

How did you enter into movies?
Never dreamt of entering in the industry it just happened by chance. I had interest towards music and learned Tabala for five years.

How did you get an opportunity to act in Guntur Talkies?
I acted in LBW of Praveen Sattaru. After "Chandamama Kathalu" I have suggested Praveen for a mass entertainer. His stories are realistic while being settled. We developed a simple story with commercial ailments.

What is your character sketch?
My character is Hari, a playboy from the slum. He will have an affair with every girl in that slum. He works in a medical shop and has a habit of stealing. He and his friend Giri keeps robbing. An incident turns their lives which have to be watched in the movie.

what is the reason for such title?
The movie is entirely shot in Guntur. It has dreamed all over and a point that creates confusion which is screened dramatically. Hence the title "Guntur Talkies" is chosen.

Have you sung one song in this movie?
I have sung the "Guntur Talkies" rapport song while working as assistant director for the movie. For a song, I have written lyrics and some script work as well with few dialogues.

How about the censor certification?
Censor certified movie as "A". But the audience in any age group can enjoy the movie with friends & family. There is one romantic song which isn't vulgar.
