savaari

Raju (Nandu) is a poor boy who lives with his horse (Badshah) and earns money through it. One fine day, he comes to know that Badshah is suffering from a rare disease and needs surgery which will cost him a lot of money. 

Hero Nandu is the major highlight of the film and has rediscovered himself with Savaari. Till now, he has only done soft roles but with this film, he proved that he can also suit mass roles as well.

On the whole, Savaari does not live up to all the hype and has a strictly few moments going it’s way.

Directed by Saahith Mothkuri, known for his short film Bandham Regad, Savaari is a film that can be described as satisfactory. With ample comedy and romance, the film manages to be interesting in bits and pieces.

Raju is a horseman whose whole life revolves around Badshah, his beloved horse that needs a major heart operation. He tires relentlessly night and day for the same. 

But Savaari, which begins entertainingly quickly becomes a tiresome watch. The climax too is run-of-the-mill offering nothing unique.
