Overview
Chitti babu a partial deaf villager is a happy go person, his brother returns to India and joins a political party after seeing the political situation in their village and contests in the village president elections. Before elections, he will be murdered and Chitti babu takes his revenge for his brother's murder after knowing the actual reason behind the murder mystery.
