Prema Katha Chitram 2

Horrible!

All the actors in the film are clueless what they are doing. For Sumanth Ashwin, this comes as another rude shock like some of his badly made recent movies.

The film is made with cheap production values and low technical values. No technician has put in good work. The less said about the director’s work the better.

The so-called comedy here gives horrifying experience. A director and writer’s failure this is.

ప్రేమకథా చిత్రమ్-2.. ప్రేక్షకులకు హార్రరే

సుమంత్ అశ్విన్ ను చూస్తే నిజంగా జాలేస్తుంది. ముఖ్యంగా క్లైమాక్స్ లో దయ్యం పట్టిన వాడిగా అతడి నటన దారుణం. విద్యు రామన్ ను సైతం సరిగా ఉపయోగించుకోలేకపోయారు. అపూర్వ శ్రీనివాసన్.. ఇతర నటీనటుల గురించి చెప్పడానికేమీ లేదు.

ప్రొడక్షన్ వాల్యూస్ పేలవం. ‘ప్రేమకథా చిత్రమ్’లో చాలా వరకు ఒక ఇంట్లోనే సన్నివేశాలన్నీ లాగించేసినా.. కంటెంట్ లో ఉన్న బలం వల్ల మనకు మొనాటనీ అనిపించదు. ఇక్కడ కూడా అలాగే ట్రై చేశారు కానీ.. ఏదో బి-గ్రేడ్ సినిమా చూస్తున్న ఫీలింగ్ కలుగుతుంది. ఈ రోజుల్లో షార్ట్ ఫిలిమ్స్ లో ఇంతకంటే మెరుగ్గా ఉంటున్నాయి నిర్మాణ విలువలు. సంగీతం గురించి చెప్పడానికేమీ లేదు. నేపథ్య సంగీతం చెవుల్లో రక్తాలు కారేేలా చేస్తుంది. పాటల ప్రస్తావన అనవసరం. ఛాయాగ్రహణంలోనూ ఏ మెరుపులూ లేవు. ఉప్పుటూరి గణేష్ రైటింగ్.. హరికిషన్ డైరెక్షన్ గురించి ఎంత తక్కువ చెప్పుకుంటే అంత మంచిది.

Prema Katha Chitram 2 – Unbearable horror comedy

The climax of the film has been handled well and has some decent thrills. Siddhi Idnani is the best of the lot and does her role extremely well.

There are way too many drawbacks in the film and it is hard to list them all here. The basic writing of the film itself has no base and clarity. The film is not a sequel as only names and some references from Prema Katha Chitram have been taken which do not work one bit.

Production values of the film are decent and so was the camerawork which showcased the thrills well. Music is a disaster and so was the background score. Dialogues are neat and so was the entire set up of the film. Coming to the director Hari Kishan, he makes a horrible debut and fails in his narration.

On the whole, Prema Katha Chitram is a horrendous horror comedy which does not work one bit.

Bindu (Siddhi Idnani) is a classmate of Sudheer Babu (Sumanth Ashwin).  She falls in love with him but, to her utter shock, she realizes that he is already in love with Nandu (Nandita Swetha).  

This is the kind of horror-comedy in which a comedian who is not even half-decent is surprised that even ghosts can smell the fart.  

Sumanth Ashwin plays the Sudheer Babu of 'Prema Katha Chitram' (remember this is a sequel).  And the way he acts, he does it like Sudheer himself.
