Though the trailer of Hulchul doesn't impress you with its edit, the film as a whole is definitely an entertaining one to watch.
Rudra, who is returning to India from Dubai after a long time to meet his mother (Preeti Nigam) carries a bottle of Hulchul and a banknote with a code for an expensive hawala transaction, given by his friend Krishnudu.
The film however suffers from a little lag due to scenes that feel repetitive. Scenes between Rudraksh and Preeti Nigam generate boredom and Dhanya’s acting needs improvement.

Rudraksh did a good job in his role which had many variations. He was very good in all the confusing scenes which were showcased when he drinks the weird drug. He has decent potential and did well in this film.
When you choose a different concept like this, the screenplay should be racy and scenes need to be thrilling. But that is not the case with this film as the director made the proceedings dull.
On the whole, Hulchul has an interesting storyline that is spoilt by some bad screenplay and dull narration. The thrills needed for such stories is missing in the film completely.
