Gripping and Stunning!

In the very beginning, the director has created a mood of being under water. The first half of the movie gives mixed feelings but the second half keeps you on the edge of the seat as the submarines of both Pakistan and India go head-to-head, firing torpedoes. Tension is created in a terrific manner. The screenplay, the narration, and the technical finesse in these parts are superb. The director and his technical team have tried their best to tell a compelling story. It will be remembered forever as one of the best movies made in Telugu cinema.

Well executed war-at-sea film

First half of the film is slow as it establishes the characters and premise. Second half is completely engaging. Plus points of the film are submarine backdrop, perfect casting, engaging (and a bit dramatic one that plays on India-Pakistan emotions) second half and technical brilliance. On the flipside, Telugu dubbing for Hindi/English dialogues has marred the feel of few scenes. And the attitude of Kay Kay Menon character and how it behaves appear over-dramatic. Ghazi is a kind of film that has content that works more at national level. On a whole, Ghazi is a daring yet engaging film which should be watched and appreciated despite being a niche film!!!

Underwater Thrills...You Never Experienced Before!

'Ghazi' isn't a movie but a new kind of experience movie buffs can cherish all their lives. This Underwater War Drama takes the viewers to an altogether new World and makes them believe they are indeed in a Submarine. The thrilling underwater sequences in the Second Half are a must watch & can't be missed at any cost. Technical brilliance of 'Ghazi' took the film to a whole new level. A 70s backdrop movie based on Submarine War is possible Today only because of Sankalp Reddy. The kind of vision & clarity of thought he have as a Director is simply mind blowing. 'Ghazi' is a film which could have been an all-time classic if not for the few setbacks.

Tollywood reaches new heights

On the whole, Ghazi is one of the most unique films that has come out in Tollywood to date. Very rarely do you get to see a film which has the right story, performances, and gripping narration which hold your attention completely. Superb performance from the lead cast and thrilling underwater war drama make this film stand apart from the others. On the flip side, Ghazi is a class film which will be a bit hard to make its way in the regular mass audience who look for sheer entertainment. Barring that small glitch of its reach, Ghazi is a must watch film which every Telugu movie lover who can be extremely proud off as stuff like this comes very rarely.

Gazillion times ahead

Ghazi is a difficult film to make and envision as the total story runs in a cramped up space with a handful of characters. It is too predictable and cinematic. Barring few hitches, Ghazi is a film that cannot be missed. Films like these are not only rare but also make us proud as they are right up there with the standard of world cinema.

Remarkable film from our film industry

The best thing about Ghazi is the clear cut detailing of the submarine Mechanism which turned out in a brilliant manner. The characterisations of the characters are impressive. The characterization design of Kay Kay Menon is too good. Even Rana has got a good role in his career. Ghazi is certainly an apparent attempt by the Young Director Sankalp Reddy who has to be credited for every minute detailing regarding VFX works and other technical aspects. Ghazi is a first of its kind Under Water War film in Indian Film industry. The film has a good story-telling and amazing screenplay. The emotional content of the film is also right on track. This movie may not work well commercially because it might not appeal to all the audiences. But the film will undoubtedly remain as a remarkable film from our film industry. A worth watching attempt from PVP Cinema and team.
