Great Andhra

Entertaining Raja

First half is full of fun as there is some nice banter between hero and heroine, and the comedy performance by Saptagiri. The songs and visuals keep us glued to the seats without worrying about anything. All in all, the film has rich production values, good music and some enjoyable comedy. A passable entertainment for sure but lot of drama could have been avoided

Express Raja is a screenplay-based film attempted in comedy genre. The story is narrated in entertainment format with all the characters getting linked up with an incident followed by comedy of errors. Plus points of the film are Sharwanand, novel screenplay and entertainment by Saptagiri. On the flipside, the movie should have been narrated in a more interesting way. We have to wait and see how this film manages to hold up with 3 biggies around this Sankranthi.

On the flip side, Chemistry between the lead pair didn't rnwork out and even the comedy quotient drops in the latter half. Too manyrn coincidences were a bit of concern too. On a whole, 'Express Raja' havern the elements to please the class audience and it might do well in all rnthe A Centres.

Express Raja – Entertaining Ride

Express Raja is a thorough entertainer sprinkled with loads of laughter. The comic timing of the actors and their performance is the major highlight of the film. On the flip side, there in not much logic and also the love story between the lead pair is a bit disappointing. Finally, if you want to leave your brains behind and have a really good laugh with some hilarious punches, then go watch Express Raja.

Have fun and masti Raja!!

Gandhi succeeded in giving a non-stop popcorn entertainment while the story just takes twists and turns, travelling from Vizag to Hyderabad to Nellore. It seems like director is from Nellore, so from using slang words of the region to showcasing locales around all the time, Nellore-ism dominated second half. At the end, if there is no other better film, then Express Raja is likely to end up as a terrific grosser. Comedy without boredom, always saves.
