సినిమాకు ప్లస్ పాయింట్ అంటే దర్శకుడు ఎంచుకున్న కథాంశమనే చెప్పాలి. ముగ్గురు స్నేహితులు శవంతో తప్పు చేయడం వరకు చిత్రం ఆసక్తికరంగానే నడిచింది. అలాగే ఆ తప్పును కప్పి పుచ్చడానికి చేసే కొన్ని ప్రయత్నాలు కూడా మెచ్చుకోలుగానే ఉన్నాయి.దర్శకుడు కిశోర్ ఎంచుకున్న పాయింట్ బాగున్నా సరైన కథ, కథనాలు లేకపోవడం, సన్నివేశాలు, మలుపుల్లో లాజిక్స్ లేకపోవడంతో సినిమా ఫలితం తలకిందులైంది. ముఖ్యంగా ద్వితీయార్థం మొత్తం దర్శకుడు తీసుకున్న ఓవర్ ఫ్రీడమ్ వలన సిల్లీగా తయారైంది.   

కమ్రన్ అందించిన బ్యాక్ గ్రౌండ్ స్కోర్ బాగుంది. ఫణీందర్ వర్మ సినిమాటోగ్రఫీ పర్వాలేదనిపించింది. చంద్రమౌళి ఎడిటింగ్ పర్వాలేదు. నిర్మాతలు పాటించిన నిర్మాణ విలువలు బాగానే ఉన్నాయి.మొత్తం మీద చెప్పాలంటే ఈ చిత్రం ఒక లాజిక్ లేని క్రైమ్ థ్రిల్లర్ గా మిగిలిపోయింది.

Devi Sri Prasad has its pluses in the form of technical prowess and performances.

The storyline is impressive and interesting. The screen play is engaging. This credit goes of Sri Kishore as he narrates the story in a very entertaining manner. Syed Kamran attracts with his back ground score. Dhanraj, Bhupal raju and Manoj Nandam have done fantastic job. Manoj Nandam attracted the audiences with his different look. He performed well in emotional scenes.
