Deshamlo Dongalu Paddaru

For the first time in his career, Khayyum gets to play a lead and he looks decent as Shakti. His screen presence is good but he needs to improve with his expressions. 

The storyline of the film is quite weak as the first half has absolutely nothing to offer. The villain set up, especially the gay villain irritates you to no extent. 

On the whole, Desam Lo Dongalu Paadru is a meaningless crime drama which has nothing going its way. 

ఈ సినిమాలో హీరోగా నటించిన ఖ‌యూమ్‌ తన నటనతో ఆకట్టుకున్నే ప్రయత్నం చేశాడు. కొన్ని సన్నివేశాల్లో తన అనుభవంతో చక్కగా నటించాడు. 

అమ్మాయిల పై సమాజంలో జరుగుతున్న అత్యంత దారుణమైన విషయాన్ని తన సినిమా కాన్సెప్ట్ గా రాసుకున్న దర్శకుడు, ఆ కాన్సెప్ట్ కు తగిన విధంగా, అలాగే ఆసక్తికరంగా స్క్రిప్ట్ ను రాసుకోవడంలో మాత్రం విఫలమైయ్యాడు.

నూతన ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు గౌత‌మ్ రాజ్‌కుమార్ దర్శకత్వంలో ఖ‌యూమ్‌, తనిష్క్ రాజ‌న్‌ కీల‌క పాత్ర‌ల్లో వచ్చిన `దేశంలో దొంగ‌లు ప‌డ్డారు’ చిత్రం ఏ మాత్రం ఆకట్టుకున్నే విధంగా లేదు.
