Not A Pleasing Guest!
Love Track of Lead Pair doesn't leave a good impression. Lack of consistency in the characterizations and poor screenplay is a worrying aspect. Director didn't do justice to Sai Kumar's role. Although the get-up is pretty good, That Character wasn't etched properly. Action Blocks doesn't engage the Audience. Family Drama in the Second Half wasn't up to the mark. Overall, 'Chuttalabbayi' offers nothing more than few laughs.

Just for few laughs
On the whole, Chuttalabbayi is one film which has an interesting first half. Aadi’s sincere performance and some good comedy by Pruthvi are basic assets. On the flip side, lack of novel story line and interesting moments during the second half makes this film worth a watch strictly for a few laughs.

Boring Babai
First half of the film is passable with routine comedy and action episodes. Second half is absolutely boring with repetitive scenes and weak villains. Despite all that Chuttalabbayi ended up as a boring fare.

Comedy works here and there
A largely listless script. Prudhvi manages to tickle the funny bone here and there. Sai Kumar's character could have been more important. Thaman's work is a plus.

Strictly for a few laughs
The comedy sequences which slightly tickle your bones in the first half, even those are missing in the rest of the film. lack of novel story line and interesting moments during the second half makes this film worth a watch strictly for a few laughs.

Formulaic Attempt of Aadi and Saikumar
First half of the movie has a quite predictable screenplay and beaten to death scenes which are saved by Thirty years Prudhvi. Ali and Prudhvi made this Chuttalabbai partly enjoyable but the story and other things make us reject this movie. To sum up, Chuttalabbai is a formulaic attempt from Aadi and Sai Kumar with Veerabadhram.

Chuttalabbayi is predictable and mediocre
The film also has many illogical scenes with a mediocre story and screenplay. Overall, Chuttalabbayi has nothing to offer and Aadi has to wait for some more time to get a good hit. The very same conclusion applies to director Veerabhadram.

Nothing memorable
Chuttalabbayi is a cringe-fest with neither a particular plotline, nor a shred of screenplay. There is nothing memorable about the movie except for how frustrated it would makes you.

Old and Cliched Movie
In the first half, Aadi and Namitha hike up a train and the following journey is similar to Shah Rukh Khan's "Chennai Express" but what we miss here is the fun and the great romantic scenes. The writer and director just followed the template without infusing any value in it. Apart from a couple of comedy scenes and Adi and Namitha, the movie totally is below average. All in all, this is dull movie with old style of narration.
